As a Security Officer Licensed Patrol Agent in Wilmer, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. In this visible role, you will support daily operations through routine patrols, professionalism, and teamwork while bringing our agile, reliable, and people-first culture to every interaction with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior.
• Support security-related operations at an industrial location by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site personnel, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
