Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.38 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Tue: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Fri: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Sat: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, loading and unloading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support orderly entry and exit at the location. Observe operational areas for security‑related concerns such as damaged gates, open doors, lighting issues, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate findings to the appropriate contacts. Minimum Requirements: Security‑related experience of at least 6 months is required. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
