We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing at Aspire Senior Living of Webb City. Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, residents, and families
• Understand and follow company policies, adhering to state and federal regulations
• Supervise the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring seamless care transitions
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Utilize basic computer skills to maintain accurate records and reports
• Monitor nursing care and services provided on all shifts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Assign and approve work schedules, coordinating nursing activities across shifts
• Stay knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance with standards
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary and perform functions of a staff nurse as required
• Exhibit excellent customer service, maintaining a positive attitude towards patients and others
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance and commitment to our mission

Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Missouri
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
