The Retail Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves managing staff, driving sales, and maintaining store standards to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations and staff performance
- Lead, motivate, and train retail team members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Support inventory management and merchandising
- Help achieve sales targets and business goals
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support the Store Manager with administrative and reporting tasks
