Senior Legal CounselA fast-growing fintech company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support its U.S. business. This is a broad, high-impact role supporting financial products, regulatory matters, product development, and commercial transactions within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership, close partnership with business and product teams, and the opportunity to help shape legal strategy in a key growth market.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on U.S. regulatory and financial products mattersSupport product launches and strategic business initiativesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial and partnership agreementsProvide practical legal guidance to business, product, and operational teamsManage regulatory inquiries and outside counsel relationshipsDevelop scalable legal processes, templates, and training materialsPartner with stakeholders across the U.S. and internationallyExperienceJD and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdictionExperience supporting fintech, lending, payments, or other regulated financial productsStrong regulatory advisory and commercial contracting experienceExperience partnering with product and business teamsAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced environmentPrior in-house experience preferredExperience in a high-growth or scaling business is a plusThis role is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys variety, ownership, and working closely with the business.
