Requirements July 27 Monday starting 7am to August 8 Saturday ending 8amSept 19 Saturday starting 7am to Oct 12 Monday ending 8amSpecialty: Gynecology OncologyShift Details: July 27 Monday starting 7am to August 8 Saturday ending 8amSept 19 Saturday starting 7am to Oct 12 Monday ending 8amFriday evening - Friday morning but can be super flexible on this 7 day blocksSchedule: Day OR/Office – after hours call only APPs take first call M-FClinic - 8-4:30pm 30 min lunchOR - 7 or 8 - 4 or 5 8 hours day24 hour call on weekendsWork Details:· Support Staff: 2 MAs – 3 APPs · Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week with some exceptions · Patients per day: OFFICE – 15/20 OR as needed· Patient Population/Age: 18· Department Description: 1 surgeon 3 APPs · EMR: EPICPractice Setting: • Academic/Training – Academic hospital – residents assigned to service on rotation • Ambulatory Surgery Center - yes• Clinic/Private Practice – Medical group practice • Hospital – York hospital Requirements:· Board Certification: BC or BE in Gyn Onc · License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ· DEA: requiredCredentialing Timeframe: temps avail with a clean file2hr GratisActive PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Requiredfixed Shift Info: Day 7x8-Hour 07:00 - 17:00
