Role Description: The Brand Ambassador will represent Morning Light in the San Diego Metropolitan Area (or somewhere else if you are a great fit), serving as a key face of the brand at on-site events, retail locations, and community activations and UGC style videos. The Brand Ambassador will help build brand awareness by sharing the Morning Light story, collecting customer feedback, and supporting local marketing campaigns. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create welcoming, positive interactions with diverse customers. Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to effectively represent Morning Light and communicate its mission and values. Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills to explain product benefits, answer questions, and share feedback with internal teams. Prior experience in field marketing, retail, hospitality, or event promotion is beneficial. Comfortable on camera, making TikToks and taking photos. Comfort with standing for extended periods and handling product setup at events. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
