The Reality (Read This Carefully) A typical week includes: Business planning and strategy Multiple team meetings (training, coaching, accountability) Buyer and seller appointments Showings, tours, and shadowing opportunities Prospecting and follow-up Evenings and weekends are part of the job , especially early on. As production increases, agents earn more control over their schedule. At the beginning, momentum comes first. This is real estate. It’s also demanding. Non-Negotiables (Do Not Apply If…) You want part-time or flexible availability You are unwilling to prospect You dislike accountability You resist coaching or feedback You expect instant income without delayed gratification Agents who flame out here usually come in with the wrong expectations. We are upfront, so no one wastes time. Compensation & Costs (Transparency Matters) Tiered compensation structure with clear upward pathways Monthly team dues: $110 One-time onboarding fee: $110 REALTOR board dues: approximately $500–$600 annually New agents should be financially prepared for 30–60 days without commission There is a clear path to listings, leadership (Platinum tier), expansion, and higher splits over time. Responsibilities: • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Qualifications: • Technology driven • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self-motivation and drive • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $500,000
