Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers and understand their real estate goals
• Conduct consultations, property showings, and listing appointments
• Build relationships and guide clients through the buying or selling process
• Manage leads, appointments, follow-up, and pipeline using CRM and proven sales systems
• Convert qualified opportunities into clients and closed transactions
• Negotiate offers and contracts while advocating for your clients
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
• Host and participate in open houses to engage prospective clients
• Manage your daily schedule, appointments, and sales activities
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve your production

Qualifications:

Who We’re Looking For

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales and production
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and real estate technology
• Coachable, motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
