Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract qualified candidates
Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews
Manage applicant tracking and communication
Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
Partner with HR to support hiring goals

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive, people-first attitude
Previous recruiting or HR experience a plus
