Redline Powersports has added five locations in less than five years and due to our ongoing growth we are  seeking a high-octane  Sales Manager to take the helm of our showroom floor at our Commonwealth, Virginia location.

If you have gas in your veins, a proven track record of closing deals in the powersports or automotive industry, and the leadership chops to build a winning team, we want YOU in our saddle.

We aren't just selling machines; we’re selling a lifestyle of freedom and adrenaline. As our Sales Manager, you won’t be stuck behind a desk crunching numbers all day. You’ll be on the floor, coaching the sales team, greeting riders, managing top-tier inventory, and driving our dealership's growth.

What You Need:

• At least 3+ years of management experience in powersports or similar industry with a stable career history.
• Demonstrated success in leading high performing sales team in a dealership environment
• Strong understanding of sales processes, Deal desking, F&I workflow and CRM utilization
• Can commit and deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Quality, Verifiable references.
• Ability to pass background / substance checks.
