Manufacturing & Troubleshooting Resolve application issues (adhesion, curing cycles, performance) Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field 3–5+ years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering Background in transformers, insulation materials, or related industries strongly preferred Knowledge of coatings, resins, and curing processes Strong communication and customer-facing skills Ability to travel 30–50% CRM/ERP experience is a plus Why This Position?
