PM Office Admin Support

The PM Office Admin Support plays a key part in keeping our back office organized and efficient while also being flexible to jump into operations when needed. You'll help with closing-day tasks, paperwork, communication, and operational duties that ensure smooth transitions from day to night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

• Assist with end-of-day paperwork, data entry, and documentation
• File, organize, and reconcile store records
• Support Shift Leaders and Supervisors with reports, inventory tracking, and scheduling needs
• Monitor email and internal communication platforms
• Help maintain a clean and organized office environment

Operations Support:

• Support front or back-of-house operations during peak hours or as needed
• Help prepare the store for closing procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
• Step in to assist with customer service to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous admin or restaurant experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office, POS systems, etc.)
• A heart for service and a can-do attitude
