As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school-based setting, you’ll make a lasting impact on young learners while enjoying the stability of a full-time, direct hire role.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing in a school setting
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with elementary-age children or in school environments is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs within an elementary caseload
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each learner
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and support the overall well-being of students
