Your Impact in This Role

As an RN Supervisor, you will serve as a clinical leader and trusted partner to clients, families, and caregivers. You'll ensure high-quality, compliant care while guiding and supporting the team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct initial client assessments and develop individualized Care Plans
• Perform ongoing supervisory visits to ensure quality and continuity of care
• Monitor client conditions and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and best practices
• Document assessments, visits, and care updates accurately and timely
• Lead and participate in care conferences and team meetings
• Support caregiver development through coaching, training, and supervision
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and care teams
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts
• Assist with on-call support (nights/weekends/holidays, as needed)

What You Bring

You're both a clinician and a leader -someone who can balance compassion with accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 2+ years of home care experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Preferred

• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience

Compensation: $31.00 - $39.00 per hour
