The role requires a hands-on, low-ego leadership style, and the ability to operate in a growth-stage environment. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Operations role at the company is a hospitality-first operator with a background in multi-unit restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-touch hospitality group experience. They should have a proven track record of improving operations while preserving the integrity of the product, people, and culture. Strong financial acumen and experience in new restaurant openings are essential. The role is suited to a self-driven, adaptable leader who can bring order to complexity and is comfortable with a hands-on, collaborative approach. Success in this position will come from the ability to identify gaps, create and implement systems, and lead with a mentality of accountability and flexibility.
