We specialize in IT, enterprise resource planning, and logistics, supporting the DOD mission. Responsibilities: Prepare documentation for end-user training. Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop online training content. Develop online training using SAP EnableNow. Ensure training requirements are met for role assignments. Coordinate with users and Navy ERP PMO on user access and security policies. Support role sustainment activities, providing necessary tools and procedures for end-user role access. Qualifications: Secret Clearance, eligible for a final Secret adjudicated clearance. At least 4 years of experience with Navy ERP or SAP Role-Based Training Development. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and interface with senior/executive customers. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Education: Bachelor’s degree, or High School Diploma with 2 years relevant experience in Navy ERP, online training, or related fields.
