Software Product Manager

Job Description The Software Product Manager works directly with various product managers on short and long‑term planning for both existing and new software solutions. Responsible for writing operational requirements for software solutions including design, documentation and verification of features and functionality. Provides technical support assistance and training for support of new features and functionality. Works directly with customers to determine market needs, run customer research efforts, and to determine competitive environment needs. Is an active member of an Agile development scrum team within software development process and is a key part of the decision‑making group to assess risk of various projects alongside project manager, software developers, QA managers, and other stakeholders such as the Product Portfolio Managers.
