The role Own tax engagements for individuals, small businesses, partnerships, S corps, and nonprofits Review and sign off on complex returns and planning work Lead IRS representation and year-round tax planning Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals Be the trusted advisor for key clients Improve our processes and tools as we scale What we're looking for Active CPA or EA license 8+ years in tax and small business accounting, ideally at a small or mid-size firm Experience reviewing returns and managing staff Comfort with modern tax software and automation A builder's mindset: you like ownership and having a say in how things run Additional Information: Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Type: In Office Benefits(immediate): 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, and Pet Insurance, PTO, Paid Parental Leave, Professional Development Assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Numera
