Senior Tax Accountant

What you'll be doing:
? Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of operating companies and real estate entities
? Prepare financial statements and month-end close activities
? Perform reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
? Review third-party development partner financials
? Identify process improvements and help drive efficiencies
? Collaborate directly with leadership on a variety of projects



What they're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience (Staff or Senior level considered)
• Full-cycle GL accounting experience
• ERP experience
• Strong Excel skills
• CPA, MBA, audit, tax, or real estate experience are all valued but not required
• Someone who is curious, eager to learn, and willing to roll up their sleeves
• Specialized skill set beyond traditional accounting-such as AI tools, automation, advanced Excel, data analytics, or other technology that can elevate the team's capabilities.
