Senior Accountant

What you'll be doing:

• Managing cash reconciliations, cash posting, and intercompany fee revenue across corporate entities
• Preparing and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and roll-forwards as part of month-end close
• Handling payroll reconciliations and supporting general bookkeeping and billing functions
• Preparing audit and tax work papers, and participating in the annual external audit
• Processing invoices and supporting the AP review/approval workflow
• Monitoring and recommending improvements to internal controls and accounting processes
• Partnering with project, development, and operational teams to keep everyone aligned on financial status
• Contributing to shared staffing projections and light FP&A support as the role evolves
• Working in FloQast and ERP systems (e.g., Intacct or similar) for reconciliations and reporting

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2+ years of accounting experience - public accounting background (Big 4 or National firm) is a plus, but candidates with solid industry experience are equally welcome
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (Intacct or similar) a plus
