Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CMM programs for complex manufactured parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications to create inspection routines.
• Perform first article inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections using CMM.
• Troubleshoot CMM programs and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize measurement strategies and resolve non-conformances.
• Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to standards.
• Document inspection results and generate reports for quality control and process improvement.
