Celtic Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at Vineyard Estates, our affordable housing community located in Phoenix, Arizona. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the onsite maintenance team. Oversee apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and work order completion. Ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and general maintenance issues. Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budgets. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards. Participate in the on‑call rotation for emergency maintenance. Qualifications 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience. Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience preferred. Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance skills. EPA Certification required (Universal preferred). Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Benefits Competitive Pay (DOE) plus bonuses.
