Jackson Mac Haik Ford is looking for a driven, energetic Sales Manager who knows how to build a winning team and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.

The Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and leading a sales force to maximize efficiency and hit goals consistently. The Sales Manager position manages the sales activities of the dealership to ensure that the dealership meets its unit and gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and annual basis

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a sales Manager in an automotive Dealership

• Experience with Ford is a plus but not mandatory

• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Successful completion of pre-employment screening

• Authorization to work in the USA
