As Sales Manager , you will play a critical leadership role in driving dealership success by leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.

You will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, maintaining a customer-first culture, implementing effective sales strategies, and helping create a world-class dealership experience.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing automotive sales team
• Drive dealership sales performance while exceeding monthly objectives

• Work closely with Finance, Service, and Leadership teams to create a seamless customer experience
• Utilize CRM systems and reporting tools to monitor performance and improve results
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent
• Maintain strong inventory awareness and support merchandising strategy
