Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Support project planning and workflow management, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Utilize communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media management.
• Provide customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist with sales related activities, such as preparing presentations and reports.
• Apply creativity to develop engaging content and visual materials.
• Demonstrate detail-oriented approach in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to teamwork by assisting with various projects and tasks.
• Effectively manage time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of communication principles.
• General knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Ability to demonstrate ** organizational skills** and time management .
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing and social media management.
• Familiarity with Point Of Sale systems.
• Experience with sales support activities.
• Some experience with visual merchandising .
• Experience with workflow management .
• Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop .
• Some experience with drawing .
