HR Coordinator

Seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiting & HR Coordinator, the full-time on-site position in Kenner, Louisiana will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, provide HR operational support, and ensure an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Provide day-to-day HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, record management, and compliance initiatives Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and ensure timely hiring outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple position types Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR administration Experience supporting onboarding and employee records management
