Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides our agents with at least 10-20+ incoming buyer & seller leads per week. It's a strong way to help stay completely booked on the front lines of the busy Los Angeles real estate world. There are options for incoming residential buyer leads, sellers, and commercial real estate leads. We are currently hiring in Los Angeles, Orange County & San Bernadino. The strategy that we have works: High volume leads. One of our agents closed a $22 million sale from one of our leads. We have a sustainable lead system that is meant just for a small group. Leads We give our agents at least 10+ leads per week. The leads come in from a variety of sources. We've had the exact same system since 2007 and it works with a small group. We're under water leads. We are flooded with residential buyer leads. The leads come from a variety of sources including Zillow. We also provide nonstop incoming seller leads. We also have an option for commercial real estate leads. Split Info 80/20 split on your own leads for the first 3 years, capped at $15,000 per year (100% split after cap reached for calendar year) After 3 years, agents keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 annual cap 50/50 split on company-provided leads 100% commission on personal real estate transactions No Fees!
