All About the Role:Electrolux Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven National Account Manager to lead our Lowe's Food Preservation business, including Full-Size Refrigeration, Compact Refrigerators, Freezers, and Wine & Beverage Coolers. Based at our North American Headquarters in Charlotte, NC, this role serves as the primary liaison between Electrolux and Lowe's, partnering closely with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and operational teams to develop and execute growth strategies that drive sales, profitability, and market share.The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and customer relationship management skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams. This individual will leverage a challenger mindset, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver compelling business solutions that create value for both Lowe's and Electrolux.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute category and account strategies that drive profitable growth across assigned Food Preservation product lines at Lowe's.Partner with Lowe's merchandising and cross-functional teams to build annual product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional plans aligned with business objectives.Lead product line reviews, business planning meetings, and customer presentations, delivering data-driven recommendations and growth opportunities.Analyze sales, market, and financial performance to identify trends, optimize business results, and achieve volume and profitability targets.Collaborate with internal product management, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to support product launches, promotions, and customer initiatives.Manage forecasting activities, including volume projections, promotional investments, inventory transitions, and demand planning.Maintain accurate item setup, pricing, and account data while ensuring compliance with customer systems and processes.Monitor category performance, customer metrics, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making and long-term business growth.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in sales, account management, category management, merchandising, sales operations, or related commercial roles.Experience analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and developing business recommendations to drive growth.Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build strong customer relationships.Ability to travel as needed to support Lowe's meetings, events, and business initiatives.Benefits highlights:Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and servicesFamily-friendly benefitsInsurance policy planExtensive learning opportunities and flexible career pathPlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.Find more on: Electrolux Group North America: Electrolux Group Careers: Consumer Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
