Part-Time Receptionist

Receptionist Quaid Harley-Davidson is seeking a reliable and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls politely and professionally
- Screen calls for owners and managers
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
- Maintain a detailed and accurate log of staff arrivals and departures
- Receive and distribute deliveries that arrive through the front entrance
- Keep the reception desk clean, organized, and free of clutter
- Maintain the customer flyer rack by removing outdated materials and keeping it neat
- Turn the phone system on and off promptly at store opening and closing
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Clear and legible handwriting
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Neat, business-casual appearance
- Previous work experience and professional references required
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours consistently
- Paid major holidays when they fall on a regularly scheduled workday
