Advise clients on corporate governance matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and the creation of policies and procedures for managing corporate affairs. Assist with a variety of general corporate matters, such as corporate formation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Minimum Qualifications Licensed to practice law in either OH or SC. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. 5+ years of experience in corporate transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within an Am Law 200 firm or a similarly prestigious legal environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with basic tax concepts and securities laws.
