Shift Details
Varied shifts based on facility needs
Mid Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday-Sunday
PM Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Monday-Friday; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Saturday-Sunday
Additional shifts may include 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Weekend coverage required
Ideal availability is 2 weeks of coverage per month (approximately 15 shifts) ongoing

Requirements
Board Certified (ABEM/AOBEM) or Board Eligible
Washington license required (not accepting IMLC at this time)
Fellowship in Emergency Medicine
Must be willing and able to work varied shifts based on facility needs
Clean background and malpractice history
BLS, ACLS, PALS
DEA
Minimum of 2 years Emergency Medicine experience


Assignment Details
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: RNs
Patients per day: 8-14
Admissions per day: 8-14
Coverage needed for 2 physicians
Full-time coverage preferred
Types of cases: Mostly medical, low trauma, medium to high acuity
Provide high-quality emergency medical care, including evaluation, treatment, and disposition of patients
Work collaboratively with attending physicians to manage a broad spectrum of emergency conditions
Ensure effective patient handoffs and communication with consultants, hospitalists, and other care teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
