• Own machine setup and operation—follow production orders and lock in safe, efficient runs
• Watch performance trends, catch issues early, and fine-tune for consistency
• Load materials, move finished parts, and keep flow steady
• Verify quality at the source with thorough inspections
• Perform routine maintenance to maximize uptime
• Capture accurate production and quality data in real time
• Keep your area spotless and PPE-compliant

• Zero safety shortcuts; full PPE and procedure compliance
• Stable throughput with minimal unplanned downtime
• Parts that meet spec the first time—every time
• Clear, complete, and on-time documentation

• Mechanical aptitude, quality focus, and rigorous attention to detail
• Reliability and teamwork—steady, communicative, and supportive
• Ability to interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
• Comfort with hand tools and measuring devices (preferred)
• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Physical readiness: lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
