Responsibilities Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate leads and establish rapport. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products. Present product/service demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives. Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to move prospects through the sales funnel. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, quotes, and product/service availability. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis. Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing Customer service skills, able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them. Strong communication skills and strong phone presence Flexibility and persistence, not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be a key for this job. Successfully handles multiple tasks, executes in a timely manner and staying organized. Time management skills and works effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and interruptions.
