Senior Oncology Account Specialist Breast Cancer Wilmington, NC and Virginia Beach, VA

Pfizer seeks a Senior Oncology Account Specialist to promote and educate healthcare providers on the company's cancer therapy portfolio. The role involves account management, relationship building with key opinion leaders, and driving demand for oncology products across Virginia Beach and Wilmington territories.

Responsibilities

Promote Pfizer's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists
Educate healthcare community on appropriate use and clinical benefits of Pfizer products
Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans for assigned customers
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and institutional stakeholders
Generate demand for products by assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years experience in relevant field
Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience
Valid US driver's license compliant with company standards
Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as needed
Demonstrated track record of sales success and business acumen
Proficiency with complex digital applications and technical communication skills
3-5 years oncology sales experience preferred; breast cancer experience strongly preferred

Compensation: $108,600-$250,700 base salary plus sales incentive bonus
