Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. The role requires a commitment to providing quality care to our patients in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, including both long-term care and short-term care patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Participate in patient and family education regarding care and treatment plans.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Shifts are available in both 8-hour and 12-hour formats. A weekend shift is required at least every other weekend, and holiday shifts are required for half of the recognized holidays.

Comprehensive location-specific orientation will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Registered Nurses are expected to adhere to all policies and procedures. Any backouts or resignations with less than 14 days' notice may incur a fee.
