Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and some short-term care environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver patient-centered nursing care to a diverse population, including individuals in long-term care and short-term care.Coordinate care with healthcare team members to ensure the well-being of all patients.Monitor and document patient progress using the electronic medical record system.Participate in unit meetings and contribute to policy development and implementation.Patient Care EnvironmentTotal beds in facility: 78Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:20 during day and evening shifts; 1:40 during night shifts.Common patient diagnoses include a general long-term care population.Shift RequirementsInvolvement in weekend shifts is required at least every other weekend.Holidays are to be covered on a half-day basis.Available shifts include both 8-hour and 12-hour formats.Orientation and TrainingSuccessful candidates will participate in location-specific orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the team's processes and protocols.Additional InformationThis position does not include on-call or call-back duties.Resignation or cancellation with less than 14 days' notice will incur a fee.Client Details State MN
