E&H Integrated Systems is seeking an Entry Level Sales Setter/Inside Sales position in the Louisville, KY market. This salary + commission position requires a strong focus on maximizing opportunities in the SMB and Enterprise sectors from our internal database. This position will be responsible for developing targeted sales and marketing plans, identifying and managing opportunities in CRM database, developing strong client relationships, and identifying and proposing solutions that meet the client’s needs.

YOU SHOULD HAVE...

• Great work ethic and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Drive to be successful with a proven ability to identify and position solutions to existing customers.
• Establishing, building, and managing relationships with C-Suite level decision makers.
• Build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage daily activities in our CRM system.
• Develop and manage prospecting activities and campaigns.

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales and revenue quotas is preferred.
• Minimum of an associate's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Willing to make exceptions to some of the criteria above and train the right candidate.
• PDE - Pay Dependent upon Experience
