Shipping and Receiving Manager
Appleton Finn
Plans warehouse layout for maximum efficiency. Maintain warehouse by keeping things neat and organized. Assists in physical inventory/ cycle count programs including inventory valuation and obsolescence reviews. Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc. Assures all standard packing instructions are followed. Coordinates workflow of picked orders with other departments. Assures inventory is properly preserved. Track and manage supplies. Working with carriers to ensure all customer orders are picked up daily and delivered. Directs the flow of' packages from preparation to shipment Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders. Resolve issues regarding shipped orders. Operates all material handling machines, including forklift/clamp trucks. Receive material into the company's ERP system. Ensure accuracy of item description and counts for all incoming material. Ensure ISO: 9001:2015 goals and compliance are met. #J-18808-Ljbffr
