Comp Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (Consummate with Experience)

We are a regional General Contracting company with offices in Tampa/St. Pete, Fort Lauderdale and Nashville,TN. Our main work consists of building a full suite of ground up & interiors commercially, as well as multi-family residential and high-end single family projects. We currently have 20+ employees and are scaling up year over year with $30-50 million in annual construction volume and growing. Our leadership team is composed of veteran leaders from the Top 5 ENR ranked firms.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both commercial and residential construction, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, and financial reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to ensure work is on track.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain client satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and on-site personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial and residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
