Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction A leading commercial general contractor is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join its growing Tampa/St Petersburg area team. This role is ideal for an ambitious construction professional ready to take the next step in their career - working alongside experienced project leaders and gaining hands‑on experience managing ground‑up and renovation projects from start to finish. Position Overview The Assistant Project Manager (APM) will support the Project Manager in all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. This position offers exposure to every stage of construction and provides a clear path toward full Project Management responsibilities.
