At Westover Job Corps Center, we’re seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to serve as our Health & Wellness Manager —a leadership role that blends clinical expertise with mentorship, prevention, and whole-person care.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the center’s Health & Wellness program
• Provide direct nursing care and health assessments for students
• Lead health education initiatives (mental health, nutrition, substance prevention, etc.)
• Supervise and guide health services staff
• Coordinate care with community providers and specialists
• Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in community health, school nursing, case management, or leadership roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young adults and underserved populations
• Ability to lead programs and drive health-focused initiatives
