Insurance Sales Representative
$36,000-$46,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
Monday-Thursday 9 AM-5 PM | Friday 9 AM-3 PM
In-Office | Vacaville, CA
No Regular Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

We're looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our insurance and financial services team.

No insurance experience is required We'll pay for your initial insurance licensing course and first exam attempt. You must successfully pass the required licensing exam before your first day of employment. Once hired, additional training is paid and completed during work hours.

What You'll Do

• Connect with current and prospective customers
• Identify needs and explain insurance and financial product options
• Prospect and build a sales pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and relationship-building
• Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities
• Ask for the sale and work toward individual sales goals
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Compensation & Benefits

• $36,000-$46,000 base salary , depending on experience
• Uncapped commission + bonus opportunities
• Monday-Thursday 9 AM-5 PM | Friday 9 AM-3 PM
• No regularly scheduled nights, weekends, or holidays
• Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave

For those with entrepreneurial goals, the experience and skills developed in this role can also help prepare you to pursue the opportunity to become a State Farm independent contractor agent and operate your own agency , subject to State Farm's selection and approval requirements.
