Responsibilities Consult customers with financial planning and investment options. Assist customers with portfolio management and asset allocation. Conduct financial reviews and recommend appropriate products. Maintain compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services. Analytical and communication skills. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred. Compensation $60,000 – $90,000 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
