Insurance Sales Representative

Monday-Thursday 9 AM-5 PM | Friday 9 AM-3 PM
In-Office | Vacaville, CA

No insurance experience is required For the right candidate, we'll pay for your initial insurance licensing course and first exam attempt. You'll need to successfully pass the required licensing exam before your first day of employment.

Once you join our team, additional training is paid and completed during work hours. You'll receive ongoing coaching and support to help you learn the business and develop the skills to become a successful sales professional.

What You'll Do

You'll connect with current and prospective customers, build relationships, identify needs, explain insurance and financial product options, follow up with prospects, and ask for the sale.

You'll also build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, relationship-building, and consistent follow-up.

This is a sales position We're looking for someone who enjoys setting goals, having sales conversations, and being rewarded for strong performance.

Compensation & Benefits

We want our team members to have the opportunity to grow professionally and financially while still having time for life outside of work

• $36,000-$46,000 base salary , depending on experience

• Uncapped commission opportunity + bonuses

• Monday-Thursday, 9 AM-5 PM

• Friday, 9 AM-3 PM

• No regularly scheduled nights, weekends, or holidays

Training & Career Growth

You won't be expected to figure it out on your own. Once licensed and employed, you'll receive paid training, coaching, sales systems, and ongoing development to help you become confident in insurance and financial services sales.

You'll learn how to prospect, identify customer needs, present products, handle objections, close sales, build lasting relationships, and generate referrals.

For team members interested in taking their career even further, the experience, licensing, and skills developed in this role can also help prepare you to pursue opportunities to become a State Farm independent contractor agent and operate your own agency , subject to State Farm's applicable selection and approval requirements.
