RAD Marketing Agency is hiring competitive, sports-minded individuals for an entry-level Sales Representative role in face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition.

If you have a background in sports, fitness, teamwork, or performance-based environments, this is your opportunity to turn that drive into a career in sales, marketing, and leadership development—no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

Execute face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
Engage customers and deliver exceptional customer service
Promote client products/services and generate new business
Hit daily and weekly performance goals
Work in a team-driven, competitive environment

Qualifications

Entry Level (0–3 years experience) – no experience needed
Background in sports, athletics, fitness, or team environments is a plus
Strong communication and people skills
Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable in a customer-facing, on-site role
