The Facilities Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the office remains clean, safe, and welcoming for clients, neutrals, and staff. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client service. The Facilities Attendant is responsible for catering support, sanitization, restocking, and overall facility upkeep to maintain venue readiness. Working closely with office staff and other departments, this role helps uphold service standards, contributes to a positive client, staff, and neutral experience, and supports organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of conference rooms, lounges, and all high-touch surfaces throughout the day to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
• Set up, monitor, and break down catering services, including food and beverage displays, chafing dishes, and serve ware; clean and organize all catering equipment for future use.
• Maintain and restock inventory of food, beverages, and supplies; operate dishwasher and clean dishes, utensils, and other catering items as needed.
• Support onsite events and special sessions by coordinating room setups, catering needs, and post-event cleanup.
• Greet and assist clients and neutrals in a professional and courteous manner, providing refreshments and ensuring comfort throughout their visit.
• Lift, stock, and organize supplies and equipment (up to 20 lbs.).
• Communicate client feedback, requests, and service concerns promptly to management while upholding company core values.
• Report facility or equipment issues and adhere to all safety and risk management policies, including timely reporting of accidents or injuries.
• Perform other facility-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 2:30 pm
