Principal Engineer

Principal Mechanical Engineer As a Principal Engineer, you will work with a team of mechanical engineers to provide products to advanced power plant designs including Small Modular Reactors and Generation IV nuclear power plants, as well as existing power plants with decades of operating experience, in both domestic and international markets. In this role, you will perform design, analysis, product development, and qualification related engineering work. In a fast paced and high demand environment, under minimal supervision, you will contribute to the development of technical solutions for emerging problems in both existing and first-of-a-kind products. The position involves working with valves, actuators, and other flow control devices, mechanical equipment, rotary equipment, and structural components utilized in commercial nuclear power plants.Location: Remote/HybridSalary Range: $150,000 - $180,000Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in California.
