Our client is seeking an Corporate IT Recruiterfor a Contract. Job Title: Contract Corporate IT Recruiter Location: Columbus Ohio Pay Range:Hourly Rate range $30-$35/hr W2 What’s the Job? Manage full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onsite interviews, offers and closing candidates. Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies. Partner with managers and HR partners in ensuring job description content accurately reflects described roles. Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Leverage social media, local and online career fairs, and job boards to increase corporate visibility and identify potential candidates. Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace. Develop and nurture an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of hiring goals. What’s Needed? 3 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience. Recruiting experience in a corporate and agency environment preferred.
