Technical Specialist Support on TMS Model Maintenance

Contractor Resource For Tms Model Maintenance
Oncor intends to hire a contractor resource to support the TMS model maintenance activities. The resource will perform the following tasks with minimal supervision after a brief initial training, working with various internal and external teams:
- Network Analysis Model on OSI EMS systems.
- Electrical Model experience. Building or analyzing models.
- TMS Database modeling and one-line display support.
- Detail oriented. They will be doing work submitting decommissioning NOMCRs to ERCOT in order to keep their model as accurate as possible.
- Capable of understanding engineering one lines / drawings.
